We’ll begin with a friendly conversation to understand your needs, concerns, and goals. Then Harley (me, your local Clinical Dental Technician (CDT)) will carry out a professional, non-invasive assessment of your mouth, gums, and existing dentures if you wear them. This helps us get a full picture of your oral health and the best treatment options for you.

During the consultation, we’ll show you the different types of dentures we offer – from Standard options to our Elite range, and explain the benefits of each. We’ll also talk through things like materials, aesthetics, comfort, and pricing, so you can make a decision that suits your lifestyle and requirements.

If required, we’ll also discuss whether your mouth is dentally fit and if a dentist’s check-up may be needed before proceeding. There is no additional fees for this service.

By the end of the appointment, you’ll have a clear understanding of your options, costs, timeframes, and what the next steps are – with absolutely no pressure to commit.
